There are two types of Business Analysis:

  1. Business Analysis(a) is a process designed to gather and analyze the information by observing the organization’s business in order to implement or to update its Enterprise System, which is essential for the organization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management and operation, and to strengthen the internal control and risk management capacities.
  2. Business Analysis(b) is to analyze the financial and operational data gathered by the Enterprise System, to assess the current status and to plan the future operation of the organization.

Business Analysis(a) is a crucial initial step for the system implementation and essential for the designing of the Enterprise System.

Business Analysis(a) and the designing of the Enterprise System should be effected in order to achieve the efficient and effective Business Analysis(b) .
